live org charts between and costume entity

Hello,

not sure if my request is possible but I will try my best.

can I create org chart between account which is the parent and costume contact entity which I created

following this article I'm assuming it's possible but I'm not able to understand how to execute it: docs.microsoft.com/.../live-org-chart

When using the org chart, the hierarchy settings will be auto-enabled if they weren't enabled before. A relationship with schema name contact_parent_contact will be created with the parent attribute schema name parent_contactid. If you wish to use a different relationship for the org chart, please contact your admin to create a new hierarchical relationship.

please be noted the link from the article not relevant because it explains how to create a new hierarchical relationship which is not the case on my issue.

Hi partner,

Unfortunately, org chart is only between the same entity, such as account and account, or contact and contact, it cannot be used between account and contact.

In other words, only records of one entity can appear in a org chart, it cannot cross entities.

The example provided in your reference I was able to create

However i'm not looking to create hierarchically charts BUT live org charts on custom entity as you can see in the image below there is a difference between 2 of those

As far as I know, org charts can only be available for Contact.
