Publish extensions on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Hi,

I need to make some simple changes to form layouts - add / move fields, etc.

I have created a sandbox, used the form designer to make my changes and generated the extension code for these changes.

I can open the extension code (.al/.json) in Visual Studio Code.

How do I publish these changes to my D365 instance?

Based on what I've already researched, it looks like using appsource is the only way to do this. However, this seems like overkill for an extension which will reposition 2 fields on the opportunity card:

Is there any alternative to appsource?

Unfortunately that's not possible at the moment, only through the partnership/appsource as you mention before. But it's completely overkill.
