Saved Info suggested in Notes--and other fields

When entering a note in Dynamics 365, I often use the same subject or title line in multiple accounts on the same day.

Some examples are "First Contact Report 1-13-2025", "First Purchase Report 1-9-2025", or simply "Update 1-5-2025".

When I go to that field on another account and start typing in that field, it often, as in the attached example, provides suggestions to complete the field, and sometimes even highlights one of them saying "last used".

The suggestions given often don't make sense to me as you would think it would always suggest the most recent entries but as in the attached example, it provides suggestions from months and even years prior even though I made such an entry the same day.

Where do the suggestions come from? Is there any way to adjust any setting to suggest only the most recent ones?

Hi

I don't know you are using Edge or Chrome. To me it seems more like a browser thing. So browser for instance chrome save information we filled in Dynamics CRM forms. I think you can clear saved form info from browser.

For instance for below:

If you are facing something like below then its from Microsoft Copilot.

Yes, it appears to be browser related.
I used the link Ali that you provided. The shortcut to get rid of individual suggestions doesn't work but there is a setting so that no information is saved.
I was hoping there was a way to tell it what information you would like it to save--like the most recent.
