Mailbox test always fails with Exchange profile

Hi,

I have a Dynamics CRM Online and Exchange Server Online.

I have the Email Server Profile set as

And a mailbox associated to the Email Server Profile as

When I Test & Enable Mailbox I always get this error

    Hello Nuno

    Please make sure an Office 365 administrator has approved the mailbox.

    Also, please check that the O365 and CRM Online are in the same tenant.

    Hello Victor,

    Thank you a lot for your answer. I looked for the link you pointed and it refers:

    - 'This error can appear if incorrect credentials are provided or if the user account specified to access the mailbox does not have sufficient permissions to the mailbox. Check credentials and permissions for the mailbox.'

    Where may I check if the user account has sufficient permissions to the mailbox?
