Hi I am IT for a health center, and my finance dept is using Solomon 6.5.
Oneof the users is having trouble with the default login name not appearing as her own after logging out of the application. For some reason the default user name is stuck as the System Administrator user name. I have added her as a local Admin and rebooted with no luck.
This is more of a convenience thing as she can just change the user name to her own, nonetheless if she complains about it others may to, and would like to know how to resolve it in the future if needed.

The issue is with to Solomon.INI file. If this is a workstation you could delete the file and it will prompt her the first time she logs in. Her username should then be in the Solomon.ini file for her profile.

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
1) Just delete the Solomon Application and System DSN.
2) Open the Solomon and provide the System DB, Company ID & User ID with Correct password. System will create the DSN automatically.
