Hello,
When I search for an opp from the top search bar and choose Filter with as Queue Items. I can see search result with an ID. I want to show either an opp name or any custom text. How can I achieve this?

Have you looked at editing a QueItem view? Customizations/QueItem/views.
You should be able to add a relation here to Opportunity and choose an Opportunity field. For custom text you would have to create a custom field on the opportunity to use in the view.
