I would like to enlarge the maximum file size for attachments from 5 to 10 Mb.
In CRM Online 8.1 (CRM 2016) I have changed in System Settings the Maximum file size to 10240 Kb. In the portal version 8 I have filled in the Maximum File size with 10240 (was default empty) in the Entity form "Customer Service - Create Case".
During creation of a new case via the portal (after clearing cache on the client) still files that exceed 5 Mb file size are not allowed.
What can I do to allow files up to 10 Mb?
