Is there a way to replicate a Case so if the work performed was similar for the same customer, we can just edit the changes but keep the similar documentation?

I think there are a few cloning solutions available out there which you might be able to use that implement cloning an existing record.

Search for record cloning in CRM using search engine.

Hello,

Do you mean you want to copy all the content of a case into new one and edit it? I believe the easiest way to create On-Demand workflow and use it to create a case with editing it after.
