Few problems with Email Router

Hello :)

I use CRM 2015 on premise. I installed Email Router on test server. I dont know why but Email Router was unistalled.

When I try to run Service Microsoft CRM Email Router I get this alert:

When I try to Publish configuration, I get this error:

I can see there some configuration which is good for my organization. Prolly uninstalling process not clean some config files and Manager took the data after installation. However my configuration xml file is empty:

Do you have any idea how to fix it? I tried reinstallation of Email Router, server restarts. I dont know how it works. Maybe some config files are in use or cant be overwrited?

    Hi Pawel,

    For as long as the MS CRM email router is stopped You will not in any way be able to publish.

    There are  a lot of reason why Your email router keeps on stopping

    please see articles below for this

    community.dynamics.com/.../crm-email-router-manager-service-is-stopped

    support.microsoft.com/.../error-event-when-you-try-to-start-the-microsoft-dynamics-crm-e-mail-ro

    then restart Your service

    and run iis reset.

    This: community.dynamics.com/.../the-e-mail-router-service-could-not-run-the-service-main-background-thread-the-e-mail-router-service-cannot-continue-and-will-now-shut-down  dosent help me. After I rename or delete config file and try to run Service manualy, there is no any new config file created.
