Thanks for clarifying. I checked with our Web Services SDK and they noted that they would have to refer you to scribe for this questions as it would not be something they assist with.

    Hi Jonathan Fear,

No, we are using scribe workbench for this. Yes customer exists in GP.

earlier we tried the same with integration manager but

    got the following issue :

I had two files one is salesorder.txt and other is invoice.txt

I had  integrated my salesorder.txt file with dynamics GP and when i am running integration manager , Quantity Available  is decreasing & there is no change in Quantity On Hand. which is fine as per GP standard.

Now when i was integrating my invoice.txt file with dynamics GP (items) Quantity On Hand is decreasing (which is fine as per GP standard)  but Quantity Available is also decreasing.

As per GP standard whenever invoice is created there should not be any change in Quantity Available.

    Hey Guys,

I assume you are using Integration manager. If you are using a SOP integration first the customer does have to exist in the system. Can you confirm the customers in your source file exist in GP?

    Hello ABHISHEK

The SOP Line dose not have a customer number filed, but the SOP Header have a customer number, please check the customer number is passed to the SOP Header
