Sales Order Agent in India SaaS Environment 27.1 error Azure OpenAI content filtering
Hi all,
seems like Sales Order Agent is not working properly in most actual version of BC SaaS.
It throws an error:

It seems OpenAI is applying content filtering when it shouldn't. There isn't much you can change on the BC side but you can always try a few things.

    1. Change your azure content filtering settings: Configure content filters (preview) - Azure OpenAI | Microsoft Learn
    2. If that doesn't work you can submit a content filtering change request to microsoft: Limited Access Review:  Modified Content Filtering

Not sure how quick you'll get a response on point 2 but its worth a shot if you're not able to change the content filter settings.

As far as I know, this feature is not available in all regions.
Try it in the US environment first.

    Thanks.

    Hey @Jainam M.Kothari

Thank you for your response and for sharing the documentation link.

I have already configured the Sales Order Agent step-by-step using the same Microsoft documentation you mentioned. However, I am still facing the same error even after following all the setup instructions correctly.

If anyone has experienced this issue before or knows what might be missing in the setup, I would really appreciate further guidance.

    Thanks again for your help!

    Hello,

    Your setup is fine.
The agent fails because Azure OpenAI content filtering misfires.
Many tenants see the same “Task is restricted” message.
It works sometimes and fails other times depending on message text.
Only Microsoft can fix this; it’s a platform-side issue.
    What you can do
    Retry the agent (works occasionally).
Open a Microsoft support ticket with the Task ID + timestamp.

    Regards,

Thanks @YUN ZHU  @OussamaSabbouh for your response

As you suggested, it appears this might be a Microsoft-side issue. I have now submitted a support ticket to Microsoft for further investigation.

Thank you again for your guidance.
