Authentication http error 500

Hello everyone,
Have Dynamics CRM 9.1 with IFD and ADFS connected
When coming from external network:
1. Logging in ADFS
2. Got error  http error 500 on page auth.domain.com
3. When going directly again to crm - login works, page opens.
What could be reason for that?
ADFS metadata updated
