Hi,
Please let me know whether we can migrate the Entity Audit Logs from MS Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premise to MS Dynamics 365 online.

Unfortunately, no you will not be able to migrate that data. As far as I know, even the SDK does not have the ability to write records to the audit entity.
If you really need the data, you could extract it with the Kingswaysoft SSIS toolkit and then load it to a custom entity? It would be a lot of work, and take a lot of storage space in your online tenant, but it is possible.

Did find out any workaround for this, Even I facing the same issue. I wanted to migrate MSCRM 2013 onpremise audit history to dynamics 365 online.
You can maintain the audit history in another custom application and migrate old data there like all older than 90 day audit will be displayed in custom portal.Which will reduce your database size and improve performance.
No Workaround. we cannot migrate audit logs.
