Warehouse pick - break bulk filter is ON - pick lines remain

Hello,

An item have 2 Unit of measure ( Box and Piece) ( 1 box have 20 piece) . In the warehouse, we keep as in BOX.

When we do the transfer order, we transfer it in the piece. When we transfer 20 pieces, system do the break bulk function.

System break the 1 BOX to 20 piece, then do the picking. There is 4 lines at the picking document. But when we post the WH pick with break bulk filter ON, the hidden lines are remained and the pick document is remaining.

Warehouse users are confused with the remaining pick document. How can we solve this?

Hi,

Can you confirm which version you are running? I have just tried this on v24 and it seemed to work ok.

I did a quick testing, here is the screenshots. The pick is gone after I registered it. the break bulk filter is On.

the shipment shows completely picked.

What does the document status show on your document? I would suggest you to take a look at item entry to ensure the qty of the item is correct or not.

Try to replicate the issue in a testing tenant to troubleshoot if the steps are done correctly.

if pick 20, then it will be a full box of items. then BC shouldn't show the intermediate qty as below.

This is the warehouse pick document with break bulk filter OFF.

This is the warehouse pick document with break bulk filter ON

Register the warehouse pick document with break bulk filter ON. ( conversion is 1 to 50,need to pick the full qty )

After register the warehouse pick document, 2 lines remain.

I use LSBC 23 version.
