Deployment package installation via LCS rollbacks, because of sync issues

Hi, the build went through without issues, but when I try to deploy it to the tier-2 Sandbox, the installation rollbacks. I checked the logs from LCS and I can see that sync fails: "Table Sync Failed for Table: xxx . Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: Database execution failed: Table 'xxx' already has a primary key defined on it. Could not create constraint or index. See previous errors."

What should I do for it?

Funny....the next day it just started to work. Installation went through.
