I did find that option and unchecked the Connect box. The error is gone

    Thank you

    RE: GP2013 Conversion

Where and when does this error come up?

Is it appearing on the launch of a client workstation - after you have sucessfully upgraded the SQL Databases?

Do you know if you have Online Services running?

If so, then it might be that you are missing one of the necessary componants for the application to run.  Here is what you might try.

Launch GP - get the error - click NO - allow GP Home screen to come up.  Now it might take a bit but, wait for it.

Once it is on the screen, highlight the upper right corner of the Home Page and look for the Customize this Page link.  Once you get there, find the Microsoft Online Services and remove the check mark.  If you have Microsoft Outlook also checked, remove that as well.

Close the window, close GP and restart.

    Post the results.
