Hi Everyone,

When i try to upgrade the customized screen from Solomon 6.5 to Solomon 2011(vb6 to vb.net),  error below occur.

Exception occurred: Could not load referenced component:

parent.exe (Solomon IV Toolbar Object 4.3 4.1.0)

You need to install this component before you upgrade the project.

It is recommended you install VB6.0, with all referenced components, and ensure the application compiles and runs before upgrading completed.

Can anyone experience this before and having solution? Kindly help.

Thanks & Regards

Wei Ming

This issue seems to suggest that you may not have run the SL  VBTools/SDK upgrade utility.

Have you tried screen upgrade through that SL upgrade?

If not, in my SL2011 environment it is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\SL\Applications\VT\VB 2005 Code Converter\SolomonSDKConversionUI.exe.

Using this application you have to convert it properly.

    Hope this Helps

    Thanks & Regards
