May I know if I'm interested t become a Navision Developer, how many tiers are there to become a full fledge Navision Developer or Architect?

Adding to Islam's reply... I am sure you know that NAV was transitioned to Business Central and moving from C/AL developer coding to Extensions (Visual Studio). I am not a developer but below is a link if you want to stay within the NAV Developer learning space:

Also, just remember that each year Microsoft is deprecating older version of NAV and BC and you should be aware of this, if you want to keep moving to the new extension based BC.
