Hi all,

- I just passed MB2-712(customizations) and currently preparing for MB2-714 (Customer service).

- I am a Microsoft dynamics CRM newby, can anyone please suggest sources where i can find dummy CRM projects to work around.

- You might as well help me with case studies or implemented solutions that might help.

Hi,

Dummy MS dynamics CRM projects are really hard to find because it depends on custom requirements and version compatibility.
