Hi,
In CRM, when I go to a the "Documents" link:
1) A popup appears that says "A folder will be created in the location...Click OK to continue".
2) I click OK, and the proper list component view is displayed.
3) I click "Add" to add a document
4) I finish adding the document and press the "Save"
5) The CRM page refreshes and gives the following error: "The document records could not be loaded from SharePoint. Try refreshing the grid."
6) When I refresh the grid I can see the document in a SharePoint window, not in the proper CRM way. The list component appears to be malfunctioning.
So far I have checked there are no language packs installed & SharePoint has had the service pack installed. I have also restarted the CRM sandbox service & deactivated and enabled the crmlistcomponent in SharePoint.
I have wasted quite a lot of time trying to figure out this issue so if anyone knows the remedy I'd be very happy.
Here are the different versions of CRM/SharePoint we are using (Note: it is difficult for me to upgrade these as it's a client's organisation)
The CRM server is version is Rollup 6 (1992)
The CRM database version is KTM (583)
The SharePoint server version is 14.0.6134.5000
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I have the same question (0)I would suggest you to upgrade CRM Server and Database to latest Update Rollup i.e. 14 but if you are having customizations in CRM then you should go for UR 11 as beyond it customizations may not work and you would need to make changed in Customizations and scripts.
Now, Deactivate existing solution from sharepoint & download and upload latest List Component for SharePoint 2010 from www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx. Go back in CRM and under documents see if you are still getting error.
Download Update Rollup 14 from www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
Download Update Rollup 11 from www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
