Management Report Drill down on specific dimension

Hi Expert,

When we drill down in the certain amount, MR will display accounts based financial dimension for particular account, let's say Account-Division-Department.

Can we only display main account plus the first level dimension (Division) as summarize only, without breakdown the 2nd financial dimension (Department) ?

    Hi Ronnie Lu,

    This cannot be achieved in MR.

    A possible workaround is setting up your MR Report lines in a way that you get the summary by division. Yet, this might require a complete redesign of your MR Report lines by building subtotals based on financial dimension filters.

    Thank you, Ludwig. I will have a try to redesign my MR report.

    One more question, suppose I have 2 columns in the report, one column is budget amount, the other one is actual amount. Is that possible that one column hide transactions and the other column display transactions when drill down?
