Hello all,

I'm reaching out because one of my customer was expecting the "Simplified duplicate detection and merge capabilities" in October with the Dynamics 365 for Sales release wave 2.

However, this feature is not available in production.

Do you know if the feature has been effectively deployed? If yes, should the customer activate something?

Hi Henri75,

You need to enable the improved duplicate detection and merge experience before you can use it. Follow the instructions in this article to enable this feature. Note: this feature is available in Unified Interface only.
