Can anyone help me , why sometimes the customer id generated as an encrypted format and saved in the
RETAILASYNCCUSTOMER table instead of CUSTTABLE???
Because customer is created in the offline mode. Check your configuration in the Functionality profile.
However, it is not encrypted format, it is GUID which is unique and generated by system based on certain combination.
