We recently setup a new integration in GP and when the user tries to run the integration, they are getting the error: "Unknown GP field subtype 24397". It appears to be a permissions issue. And I found that if I give the user the role ADMIN_SALES_001* (Set up Receivables Management) they are able to run the integration.
But what I don't understand why they can perform this function manually, but as soon as we try to automate the process with an integration, they need to be able to 'setup receivables and refund checks'.

we are having the same issue with Credit Memos, our user can enter one manually, but not through an integration. originally, we blocked their access to apply credit memos, and they received the error message "you do not have access to this window" (or something like that) I gave them back the ability to apply sales documents, and started getting this error. we definitely don't want to give this user that admin role, but I, as the power user, am stuck integrating their credit memo uploads.
I don't know for sure, but I wonder whether the integration needs to access the setup tables to get the next number or something - that could then stop it as you are running the integration as the end user credentials.
