I am setting up Dynamics365 CRM online trial outlook client with office 365 E3 trial version and its working fine too. My question is if i enter wrong Email id and if i send mail through Email activity , How can i check my mail Delivery status or From where i can find details of Undelivered mails ??

the idea you are suggesting is only to check mail activity status in CRM , it doesn't Guarantees whether the email has been delivered to recipient or not.
For Example if you have one activity which sends email to different members for a new campaign and two of the members have wrong email id , but when you check in CRM it will show status as sent.
But actually in background you are not sure whether these two have received the mail confirmation or not.
Under the activities navigation via the contact page, you'll be able to see the failed/undelivered emails you've sent.
For emails that have bounced, they will be labeled as delivered; however, you'll receive an email notification letting you know that the email has not been received.

Thanks Nithya for helping me out.
Now i understand there is no way from where we can check undelivered mails(bounced back mails ) in CRM.
Either we have to use Third party Tools like Dimension or Need to set up a Queue or Rule for incoming mail boxes which will import all the undelivered mails from Exchange Server.
