How we can move one object from Development environment to test environment in same organisation.

The piece of documentation you need is Deploying Customizations Across Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Environments.
The process I recommend is letting an automated build to create a model file (or files) based on code in version control and then import this file to Test (and compile X++ and CIL etc.). With this approach, you can be sure that all changes in Test are versioned (unlike if you exported a model directly from Dev), you can't forget any file, you don't have to deal with code merging in test (as if you used .xpo files) and so on.
If this is AX2012 as indicated by your tag then the correct way is to do either a model move or a model store move. You could also use an XPO but that's not the preferred solution.
