    Hi Ram,

In order to clear the Grid, you can set the query range or use a temporary table as the data source, and then fill the data into the temporary table according to your needs.

    You can view this thread:community.dynamics.com/.../i-have-form-which-include-gridview-and-lookup-how-can-i-connect-lookup-with-griview-using-datasource-table-purchline-purchtable-and-invent-table-plzzz-help

    Hi Ram,

The correct forum does matter. I don't think you are waiting for answers which would not be applicable in your scenario.

Can you elaborate? What do you mean with 'setting datasource'? The screenshot does show a not standard form. Can you describe a bit more, about what you have done? And some more on the business process? What table did you use here? Why should it be empty?

    Hi Ram,

Your screenprint shows a D365FO screen.

Moved the thread thus to the D365FO forum.

    Thanks,

    Ludwig
