I have been working on Trial version of Customer Insights . Was impressed with the contacts forms which has Files, Summary, Details, Insights tab as shown below.
But when purchased the license of CI into our environment , I could not see the same Contact form ?It has only Insights and Related. Insights looked different.
Is there, some settings needs to be done or form settings needs to be done before we start working on CI(Customer Insights). I am very new to D365 and worried how it doesn't look same as trial version. Can understand about the data and fields But how about we don't see most information that was in trail ?
i sounds like you have the wrong form in your app.
It is the old "Insights" form:
But you probably need the main form which contains tabs like Insights, Details etc.
To change this in your app, go to the make.powerapps.com portal. There, for the table Contact, you can find all kind of forms. But the one you are referring to is "Contact"
Then go to your app, e.g. the Customer Insights Journeys App. There you can define which forms are used.
