Business Portal 5.0 (GP 2010) Migration Utility

Does anyone know if the migration utility is available or necessary to upgrade Business Portal customizations from BP 4.0 to BP 5.0? I'm currently upgrading from Business Portal 4.0 to Business Portal 5.0. In the past a migration utility was necessary. I see that on CustomerSource it says that it will be posted "soon" but then again it also says that BP 5.1 will be available in the summer.

There is no need for the migration utility when upgrading from BP 4.0. Only customers on BP 3.0 that are looking to upgrade will need the migration utility.
