Separating Marketing Quotas Under Multiple Environments

Hi all, my company is using D365 Marketing as a single tenant but we have multiple environments for different banks. We're trying to separate quotas so that we can properly bill each bank for their usage each month.

I'm aware we can view these quota limits in settings, but these aren't filterable tables. I've also tried creating power BI reports that track contacts and interactions, but the data isn't properly matching up with the quota table.

Does anyone else have this issue of needing to separate and analyze these interactions across multiple environments, and if so how are you analyzing the data?

Thanks!

    Hi,

I am afraid that we can't get interactions across multiple environments.

You can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.

    Ideas (dynamics.com)

Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.

The quota tables have environment/org specific information. When you go to a certain environment you can see what has been used in one organization vs another, and the total across the tenant. Any idea where this data might be stored?

The in the screenshot below is one organization with 3 emails sent this month (April) and 52 contacts used, so the data is there somewhere.
