AvaTax Error - Transactions must have at least one line. - The CreateTransactionModel object must have an element called 'lines', with at least one valid line record

we are using Microsoft dynamics 365 Business Central and Avalara extension for Tax calculation:
Since last month we are facing a notification on every document posting time
"AvaTax Error - Transactions must have at least one line. - The CreateTransactionModel object must have an element called 'lines', with at least one valid line record."
although the system calculates accurate tax and syncs the documents on the Avalara portal also.
but we are worried about it why the system shows errors on every transaction at the time of posing.
Avalara extension version is v.20.0.13.0

    Hello,

Did you already create a support ticket with Avalara partner? They may be able to assist unless there is something in this forum that has Avalara extension as well.

    Thanks.
