Hi

We have automated CRM application using UFT tool.The scripts ran well for the first time.We ran the same scripts after few weeks and observed that most of the scripts got failed.

The main reason for the failure of the scripts are some of the object properties got changed.Will these objects update frequently?. Please confirm?

Can we automate CRM applications?
