How to Run Ax 2012 VM in Windows 7 PC (32bit) ?

 Dear All,

I am new to Ax environment ,I am trying to run VPC on Windows 7 (32 bit) PC but after clicking on Start button Below error is flashing in VPC screen.

"FATAL:No bootable device found ! System halted"

Can anyone help me in resolving the issue ?

Is is necessary to run Ax VPC 2012 on win ser 2008 OS ?
