Min/max replenishment to not fixed locations

Hello, I have tried to do min/max replenishment to dynamic location without success. Before I'll continue to hit head to keyboard is it even possible to use min/max option for non fixed location? If yes, any tips/blog/etc.

Fixed location setup is clear.

    Min max is based on location so I am not clear what you mean by dynamic.

    A location can be a  small as your pocket or as big as you like e,g. Bulk, or Factory, or Yard or Germany so there is lot of leeway.

    You could use a pallet id or license plate id to identify where the stock is held and those ids can represent  fixed  locations or be dynamically moved to amore specific location.

    In wms you can also set  fixed picking locations to be replenished from the bulk location even when the overall stock is below minimum - i.e. the fixed pick location would then get priority.

    Min/Max replenishment can replenish dynamics locations (that is, non-fixed locations), but it will only replenish locations which have some inventory of the item already. You cannot replenishment empty locations unless they are fixed locations for the item.

    Hello,

    If you will replenish dynamic locations and there is no inventory, you can put away the replenishment work in a random location, right?

    Hi Robin,

    I don't think that's possible. I can't create any Replenishment work if the dynamic locations contain no inventory of the item.
