Inventory transfer problem

Recently I'm having problems with the interstore inventory transfer. I can not receive or send out any inventory transfers as it will not show up in any of the 5 stores we have. The product item update, check inventory transfer, server communication is all working properly. Any help is greatly appreciated. Gary
