How to simply buy a Dynamics 365 license as a Dynamics 365 software developer ?
you buy as other customers, there isn't a license specific for developers. You can use trials if you need a development environment.

As Guido stated, you can go to admin.microsoft.com and purchase a regular license, for the product you need: Customer Service (either Enterprise or Professional), Sales (Enterprise or Professional), etc. YOu can purchase more than one license as well (Customer service as a base and Sales as an attachment, for example).
Another option is to take the developer approach on PowerApps: powerapps.microsoft.com/.../. Because PowerApps rely on the Dataverse (as Dynamics), you can get some of the basic tables (Account, contact, Activities, etc).

Hi,
does anyone know how ISV can purchase Dynamics licenses for internal use (for development and testing)? We know buy it from a reseller at list price while we can offer it to our customers way cheaper via CSP. Is there a way the ISV can buy its own licenses also with a discount and if so, where?
