Unknown error when trying to Track email from Outlook.

Hi.


Someone experiences this error when trying to Track emails from Outlook. It started happening after the windows and office were reinstalled on the computer.

Does anyone know what this is or a solution?

    Hi Adrian,

    Try adding the sender's email address as a Contact in CRM before tracking the email. I hope it is not too late!
