Permissions Error

Was wondering if i could some input from others.

We have a customer having an issue with permissions to our objects within our extension. The user does have super permission with full access to all our objects but show no permission to our objects.

If this possibly caused by partner not deploying license correctly?

We do not have other customers with same issue, so I feel like this is customer specific.

Thanks!

We make sure for newly custom objects the specific customer needs to have these objects included in their license.

I hope it is OnPrem then you need to assign your solution granule should be assigned to the license.

This will be done in PartnerCenter.
