MRMS ERROR-WHILE DOING A ON ACCOUNT CREDIT SALE

When doing a Transaction for an on account customer  by selecting  a tender type "ON ACCOUNT CREDIT"  it is getting processed for the first time,but when selecting the same customer second time we are getting an error like "server failure 121 : A server failure occured while attempting to list the open account receivables"  please kindly reply me as soon as possible.

    I found a  solution for this, in store table there were two records for each store.
