Best practices to integrate Gravity forms with Dynamics CRM

We want to integrate our WordPress site with Dynamics CRM. We are using the “Gravity Forms’ plugin. For integration with Dynamics CRM we are thinking to use Zapier instead of Dynamics CRM API integration. We are concerned about few things which are:

  • We don’t want anything that will compromise the integrity of the lead collection from our web site.
  • We want to choose the best/safe integration which can make sure that all leads are coming into CRM and if it fails, we can see the error log and can have some sort of re-try logic.

What are the best practices for this kind of stuff? And which is the best/preferred way to go? Using Dynamics CRM WEBAPI or Zapier?

Thanks

I've used the Saint Systems Integration before and it works well.  www.saintsystems.com/.../gravity-forms-dynamics-crm-add-on
