Hello.
After installation rollup 17 server and client, backspace button doesn't work... In IE 11 and Outlook, in Mozilla Firefox work fine.

I have the same question (0)I've replicated the same behavior and found others experiencing it on this forum:

Basically, you need to go into Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> Customizations and check the checkbox under "Document Mode" that says "Load pages in the most recent version of Internet Explorer"
It does however warn you that form scripts or other customizations that require earlier versions of Internet Explorer will not work (whatever that means).
