The route is Purchase ledge-->payment-->Methods of payment, there is nothing in Export Format list on File Format.

Hi Jane,

If you are on the file formats tab page, you can click the Setup button and select the file formats you want to use in your environment.

On the methods of payment form under File formats group, there must be a Setup button you first need to select the available file formats. Check have you selected a file format there?
