Seit gestern funktioniert in unserem CRM Programm die "Aktivitäten" Funktion nicht mehr...weiss jemand mehr?
Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung.

where does the error occur? in outlook, webbrowser? some more information would be helpful.
what does it mean when your write: "the activities do not work any more"?
This error is in the webbrowser. If i click on "Activities" nothing happend and if i close the window the error comes.
We have "companies" and "contacts" and if i am in a company account there are "activities" - normally i can click on "activities" and a "Fiels" open it. But at the moment i cant and the error comes.

some questions:
- can you send us some more Information about the error? what's the "text"?
- do you have an error in the eventviewer on the crm server?
- does any user in your company have the same problem? since when? did something happen before (rollup installed, ...)?
- can you open the activities through the navigation ("workplace" - "activities")?

- This error is in the workplace
- Yes all users have this problem in the web since last thursday
- no i cant open the activities only the closed activities...

Please click on "Daten anzeigen,..." and post this error messages here! Do you know if something happend on the crm server since last thursday (rollup update, windows update, network changes,...)?

I cant response on this "DAten anzeigen..." you mean if the error comes i should click on "Daten anzeigen" is it?
And yes...they do a update....you mean it could be that it is a connection....

Yes, when the error occurs once more please click on "Daten anzeigen" and copy the error details in here!
In summary the system has worked till the update - so this error has a connection to the update for sure! I guess that there are some customizations on your system - perhaps unsupported customizations - which doesn't work in connection with the update on your system.
