I am trying to add a new Service account (Active Directory Account) to one of the Dynamics 365 On Premise environment but running into some issues. Application is crashing after adding that account.
I come across below post on the issue that can be resolved if the account is added but i need to bring in one of the Service account because all the plug-ins and workflows are running under this context more over some historical data updates are saved with this user id and during migration we need to map that data to the same service account in our new Dynamics environment.When i tried to add the service account application is getting crashed and i was able to resolve by running the script mentioned in the below post

I come across below documentation from Microsoft but i don't remember whether i have performed this in my earlier implementations. Can any one suggest/share the details on how to add service/domain account into Dynamics CRM on premise ?
