I'm working on configuring the mobile phone form on CRM 2015 Online, and when testing the form using the CRM mobile phone app I've noticed some limitations in functionality:
- Business rules don't work
- I cant qualify Leads or Opportunities
Does anybody know if either of these functionalities work on the mobile phone app? the tablet application works fine so I'm not sure if I've configured something wrong or if the functionality doesn't exist on the mobile phone app.
