I am doing some crud operations in crm . The connection is established successfully
but when retrieving the contact records its throwing an error SOAP security negotiation with 'localhost/.../Organization.svc' for target 'localhost/.../Organization.svc' failed.
Anyone has idea about this issue.

This error normally indicates an AD authentication problem, or it could be a loopback issue. As a first check, try using the server name, rather than localhost. After that, check for AD or kerberos errors on the CRM, SQL or DC servers
