ReportHello. This VSIRMS plugin installed along with a new card reader. Everything seems to work OK logged into the terminal with an account that is part of the local admin group. When logged into the computer as user (not part of the administrators group) RMS returns the error :
Attempt to process Com object "VSIRMSPlugin.InitTrans'failed. An unknown error occurred.
AND:
Store Operations POS
Warning 913: The cash drawer in not accessible. It may be locked bya another application. Do you wish to continue
I tried giving explicit rights to the VSIRMSPlugin folder as well as the NabVelocity folder and the hidden folder under ProgramData.
Error still appears.
Any help greatly appreciated
