Cannot find the main account in the general journal line

hi there,

I just created the chart of account and the main account in the chart of account, but when i tried to create a general journal line, the drop down list for the "Account" and "Offset Account" is blank.

is there any additional setting that i have to do with the main account to make it visible to the "General Journal"?

Note: (both the Account type and Offset Account type in the general journal are "Ledger".)

    Please validate whether main account created in Chart of account is linked to the ledger or not.

    Check if main account is set as stoped or Manual entry not allowed.

    Please verify and updated with your findings.
