What is the radius setting on your map module for Store locator - set it to be under 50KM - 25 miles. Then see if it is loading or not ?

    Hi,
The map module is used in conjunction with the store selector module to determine the geographic locations of stores that must be represented on the map. The store selector and map modules interact when a user selects a store in one of the modules on a site page. Did you follow the relevant links to set it up?

Sometimes, the issue with maps not appearing is all about the Google Maps API setup. Have you checked if your API key is correctly plugged into D365? Also, I'd try to make sure there aren't any restrictions on the API key that might be blocking your site from using it.If everything seems fine there, take a look at your browser's JavaScript console for error messages.  It could be anything from hitting an API limit to a tiny mistake in the API call or even a script conflict.
Hope this helps. I think you're on the right track by aiming to integrate Google Maps—it's a game-changer for user experience, kind of like how a tecdoc website integration enriches an online auto parts store by smoothly blending in a comprehensive parts database.
