Unable to edit address in sales order

Hi,

Could you please guide us how to resolve the below error

" Cannot edit a record in Addresses (LogisticsPostalAddress). Changing a record in change tracking mode that is active in the past or future is not allowed. Only current records can be revised."

We are getting this error while we are appending some text in the street field in the Edit address form.

    Hello, I can see you are currently on a sales orders, have you tried to edit the address directly on the customer record ?

    Sounds like you have custom code or third party code in your instance. Is this the case?

    I guess it is caused by some customizations. Check ValidTimeStateUpdate() method, where you specify ValidTimeStateUpdate value. It determines if gaps are allowed among the records.
